High-temperature, vacuum, and sintering equipment #
The Specialized Drying Equipment category covers processes that fall outside standard hot-air drying: ultra-high-temperature steam heating, vacuum drying and defoaming, and high-temperature sintering.
HTWV Ultra High-Temperature Steam Reactor #
The HTWV uses a reinforced inner chamber, a high-temperature-resistant motor, a stainless-steel sirocco fan, and imported high-temperature heating elements. Its standard temperature range is ambient to 500°C, with 600°C available as a custom option.
The official description highlights high thermal conductivity, reduced power consumption, approximately 70% floor-space savings, ultra-fine molecular heating media for internal and external heating, and a waste-heat recovery device. It also describes a moisture-free, low-oxidation process.
Applications include semiconductor, PCB, LED, electronics, food processing, biotech sterilization, green-energy deodorization and recycling, coating, glass sintering and coating, age hardening, annealing, MLCC, thermistors, and electronic filters.
WVO Vacuum Oven #
The WVO is a vacuum oven with a reinforced transparent viewing window and pressure-resistant door frame. The high-temperature, deformation-resistant silicone seal maintains airtightness, and the chamber vacuum level can reach 5 × 10⁻³ Torr or higher.
Models WVO-30, WVO-40, WVO-50, and WVO-60 provide 30 × 30 × 30 cm to 60 × 60 × 60 cm chambers, with a temperature range of RT + 20°C to 200°C and PID + SSR control. Applications include rapid drying of hydrous substances, solutions, porous materials, resins, and volatile liquids, as well as defoaming and bubble removal for semiconductor and touch-panel processes.
WSF High-Temperature Sintering Furnace #
The WSF uses quadruple insulation with ceramic cotton, ceramic plate, high-alumina insulating brick, and rock wool. Dual-sided bidirectional radiant heating provides uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber.
The temperature range is RT to 1200°C, with models from 10 × 20 × 10 cm to 40 × 40 × 40 cm. Applications include ashing tests, tooling and mold heat treatment, preheating, tempering, and melting of various materials, plus metal-component and mold drying processes.
