Batch ovens for drying, curing, preheating, and annealing #
The General Drying Equipment category covers the workhorse forced-convection ovens used across electronics, PCB, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and other industries. The three product families differ in size, loading method, and maximum temperature.
SWO Precision Forced Convection Oven #
The SWO uses a high-temperature long-shaft motor, a specialised ventilating circuit, a protruded adiabatic back plate on the door, and an adjustable full-open air damper. These features are intended to provide quiet operation, temperature uniformity, heat insulation, and fast discharge of moisture and solvents.
Ten models, SWO-1 to SWO-10, cover chamber sizes from 45 × 40 × 40 cm to 180 × 140 × 140 cm. Applications include drying, curing, shaping, preheating, bonding, sealing, annealing, and tempering, with links to semiconductor, PCB, panel, ABF, and aerospace drying equipment.
SCWO Walk-In / Truck-In Forced Convection Oven #
The SCWO is a walk-in/truck-in oven with rails at the chamber bottom for easy trolley movement. Insulation layers on both sides of the rails retain chamber temperature, and the oven can be configured as dual chambers with independent control for higher capacity.
Applications include PCB, electronics, electrical, electroplating, component manufacturing, LCD, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, food, and tea processing, especially for larger production batches requiring drying, curing, tempering, preheating, or testing.
HWO High-Temperature Forced Convection Oven #
The HWO is a high-temperature forced-convection oven with a reinforced chamber, a separated speed-control motor, a specially treated motor shaft, and imported high-temperature heating elements. The standard range is ambient to 500°C, with 600°C available as a custom option. The official page cites up to 20% energy savings.
Applications include high-temperature baking, film deposition, and metal heat treatment such as glass coating, age hardening, annealing, MLCC, thermistors, and electronic filters. Models HWO-1 to HWO-4 cover 45 × 40 × 40 cm to 80 × 60 × 100 cm chambers.
