Software for equipment automation and remote monitoring #

EAP Equipment Automation Program #
Each oven is equipped with a touchscreen PLC. The EAP software provides real-time data monitoring, security management, and historical data retrieval. Temperature, O2 concentration, and other data can be uploaded to the IT server.
The official product page describes the EAP as supporting real-time temperature monitoring, historical profiles, O2 analysis, barcode-based recipe confirmation, log and alarm management, permission settings, consumable replacement reminders, and critical-component monitoring. The goal is to reduce manual recipe errors and support unattended operation.
IoT Remote Monitoring System #
The IoT system allows switching between public and private networks, scanning 1D/2D barcodes for production information, remote start/stop, and alarm reset. It is intended to improve autonomous monitoring with real-time production and equipment status.
The official feature list includes MQTT integration through a self-built RabbitMQ server, Web API data access, mobile QR-code pairing, recipe download, production batch upload, remote start/stop, real-time alarm viewing and acknowledgement, visualised production data, optional SECS/GEM integration with MES, and full production-line integration.
